The Analaitivu Sri Harihara Puthra Iyanar Temple keeps a devotee heritage registry so that families connected to Analaitivu — wherever in the world they now live — can be recorded, mapped to their ancestral wards, and reconnected with one another and with the temple. We use your information, based on your consent, to: build and map the devotee heritage registry; help families reconnect with their ancestral wards and one another; and — only where you have opted in — send you temple news, event invitations, or appeals. Your details are held privately and seen only by the temple’s authorised registry steward(s). We do not sell or trade your data, and we don’t publish your details or make you visible to other devotees unless you specifically tick the “directory” option. A future opt-in directory, if introduced, would only ever show what you allow.உங்கள் விவரங்கள் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் வைக்கப்பட்டு, ஆலயத்தின் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட பதிவேட்டுப் பொறுப்பாளர்களால் மட்டுமே பார்க்கப்படும். உங்கள் தரவை விற்கவோ பரிமாறவோ மாட்டோம்; “அடைவு” விருப்பத்தைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தாலொழிய பிற பக்தர்களுக்கு உங்கள் விவரங்களைக் காட்ட மாட்டோம்.

Where it is stored & international transfersசேமிப்பு & சர்வதேச பரிமாற்றம்

The registry is stored on the temple’s own website hosting over a secure (HTTPS) connection. As devotees register from many countries, information is transferred to and stored centrally by the temple in Sri Lanka.பதிவேடு ஆலயத்தின் சொந்த இணையச் சேவையகத்தில் பாதுகாப்பான (HTTPS) இணைப்பின் மூலம் சேமிக்கப்படுகிறது. பல நாடுகளிலிருந்து பக்தர்கள் பதிவு செய்வதால், தகவல்கள் இலங்கையில் ஆலயத்தால் மையமாகச் சேமிக்கப்படுகின்றன.

How long we keep itஎவ்வளவு காலம்

Because this is a heritage record, we keep your details for as long as the registry is maintained, unless you ask us to remove them. You may ask us to delete your record at any time.இது ஒரு மரபு பதிவு என்பதால், நீங்கள் நீக்கக் கேட்காதவரை பதிவேடு பராமரிக்கப்படும் வரை உங்கள் விவரங்களை வைத்திருப்போம். எந்த நேரத்திலும் உங்கள் பதிவை நீக்கக் கேட்கலாம்.

Your rightsஉங்கள் உரிமைகள்

You may ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to withdraw consent for communications — just contact the temple office. We respect the rights given by data-protection laws including Sri Lanka’s PDPA and, where applicable, GDPR (EU/UK), PIPEDA (Canada) and similar laws in your country.உங்கள் தகவலைப் பார்க்க, திருத்த, நீக்க, அல்லது தொடர்புக்கான சம்மதத்தைத் திரும்பப் பெற ஆலய அலுவலகத்தைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ளுங்கள். இலங்கையின் PDPA மற்றும் பொருந்தும் இடங்களில் GDPR, PIPEDA போன்ற சட்டங்கள் வழங்கும் உரிமைகளை மதிக்கிறோம்.
