Notice to devotees: interim administration under court order அடியார்களுக்கான அறிவித்தல்: நீதிமன்றக் கட்டளையின் கீழ் இடைக்கால நிர்வாக ஒழுங்குகள்
Under an order of the court at Kayts in case TR 38/24, Mr C. Thulasitharan has been appointed as the temporary Receiver of the Sri Harihara Puthra Iyanar Temple, Analaitivu. From 14 September 2026, the Receiver oversees the temple's finances and property on behalf of the court.
Work on the temple's thiruppani will resume, and daily poojas and the main festivals continue as usual. Under the Receiver's supervision, the Executive Committee continues to serve under the leadership of its President, Mr A. Paramsothy.
What this means for devotees
- All donations and payments to the temple, including thiruppani donations and pooja fees, are to be made to the Receiver's court-approved account at the Bank of Ceylon.
- Please ask for an official receipt for every payment, and do not hand over cash without one.
- Suggestions or concerns about the temple's administration may be sent to the Receiver in writing.

ஊர்காவற்றுறை நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு இலக்கம் TR 38/24 இன் கீழ் பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்ட கட்டளைக்கு இணங்க, திரு சி. துளசிதரன் அவர்கள் அனலைதீவு ஸ்ரீ ஹரிஹர புத்திர ஐயனார் திருக்கோவிலின் தற்காலிகப் பெறுநராக (Receiver) நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். 14 செப்டெம்பர் 2026 முதல், ஆலயத்தின் நிதியையும் சொத்துக்களையும் நீதிமன்றத்தின் சார்பில் பெறுநர் மேற்பார்வை செய்வார்.
ஆலயத்தின் திருப்பணி வேலைகள் மீண்டும் ஆரம்பிக்கப்படும் அத்துடன் அன்றாடப் பூசைகளும் முக்கிய விழாக்களும் வழமைபோல் நடைபெறும். நிர்வாக சபை பெறுநரின் மேற்பார்வையின் கீழ் தலைவர் திரு அ. பரம்சோதி அவர்களின் தலைமையில் தொடர்ந்து பணியாற்றுவார்கள்.
அடியார்கள் கவனத்திற்கு
- திருப்பணி நன்கொடைகள், பூசைக் கட்டணங்கள் உட்பட ஆலயத்திற்கான அனைத்து நன்கொடைகளும் கொடுப்பனவுகளும், இலங்கை வங்கியில் (Bank of Ceylon) நீதிமன்ற அனுமதியுடன் திறக்கப்பட்டுள்ள பெறுநரின் கணக்கிற்கே செலுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.
- ஒவ்வொரு கொடுப்பனவுக்கும் உத்தியோகபூர்வ பற்றுச்சீட்டைக் கேட்டுப் பெறுங்கள்; பற்றுச்சீட்டு இன்றி எவரிடமும் ரொக்கமாகப் பணம் வழங்க வேண்டாம்.
- ஆலய நிர்வாகம் தொடர்பான ஆலோசனைகள் அல்லது முறைப்பாடுகளை எழுத்துமூலம் பெறுநரிடம் சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்.
